FILE NO. RD-07 // POLICY DOCUMENT // REV 0.1 — AUGUST 2026
// Privacy policy
Privacy, in plain English.
We run a business built on black bars, so we take “keeping things to ourselves” fairly literally. This page says what we collect, why, and what we'll never do with it — written to be read, not skimmed past.
PREPARED BY: THE OPERATIVE // REVIEWED BY: [reviewer name withheld]
The short version
- We collect what you hand us, plus the usual website telemetry.
- We use it to answer you, do the work, and check our ads aren’t rubbish.
- We never sell it. Trusted platforms only, named below.
- Ask any time what we hold — we’ll tell you straight.

Who we are
Redacted Digital (redacteddigital.au) builds lead systems for trades, studios and local service businesses, operating from the Central Coast of NSW, Australia. When this page says “we”, that's us. When it says “you”, that's anyone using this site, filling in a form or booking a call.
2.0
What we collect
Things you give us: your name, phone number, email, business name and whatever you tell us in a form, a booking, a chat or a call — including call and chat records when our systems handle an enquiry.
Things collected automatically: the usual website telemetry — device type, pages visited, roughly where you came from — via cookies and tracking pixels (see clause 5.0).
3.0
Why we collect it
To answer you, to run the services you've engaged us for, to follow up when you've asked us to, and to measure whether our own advertising is working. That list is exhaustive. We don't sell your details to [anyone] — or to anyone else. The bar is doing a lot of work there, but so is the sentence.
4.0
Who else touches it
The boring, honest list: our CRM and booking platform (GoHighLevel), our website hosting (Vercel), and advertising platforms (Meta) when you arrive via an ad. Some of these providers store data on servers outside Australia, typically in the United States. We only use providers we'd trust with our own numbers, and none of them are allowed to use your details for their own marketing.
5.0
Cookies and pixels
This site uses cookies and tracking pixels (including the Meta pixel and our platform's analytics) to remember you and to tell us which pages and ads actually work. You can block cookies in your browser settings and adjust ad preferences inside Meta's own controls — the site will keep working either way.
6.0
Marketing messages
You'll only hear from us if you asked to, enquired about something, or are a client. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link that works on the first click, and “stop” always means stop — text it, email it or say it on a call.
7.0
Keeping it, keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to secure what we hold — access controls, reputable platforms, no spreadsheets of your details floating around on USB sticks. We keep personal information while there's a genuine business reason to, then delete or de-identify it.
8.0
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we don't need. If you reckon we've mishandled your information, tell us first and we'll deal with it properly. If we don't, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
9.0
Changes and contact
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the revision number at the top changes with it — no silent edits. Questions, requests or complaints: hello@redacteddigital.au.
